We are supporting our partners, customer by exchanging OPTIVA products with conditions to help us replace by the brand or our factory, the warranty is always conditional for any product since it’s a working warranty (Factory defective only)
So to clarify this matter, the following points should always be met to have any exchange
Exchange Policy
1· Original packing should always be available
2· No Water Damage
3· No tearing or breakage
4. No missing items (cable, connector. ect)
No items will be replaced if above points are not matched.
Damage caused by operating the product outside its intended use, unauthorized modification or alteration, and loss .
